HIGH SCHOOL MUSICALS

With spring just around the corner, local high schools are getting ready to raise the curtain on their musicals. The information will be updated as it becomes available. Schools are listed based on the dates of their show.

WEST MIFFLIN, 91 Commonwealth Ave. - "Once Upon A Mattress," March 13-15 at 7 p.m. and March 15 and 16 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $12, $6 for students at wmasdmusic.weebly.com. 

​​THOMAS JEFFERSON, 830 Old Clairton Road - "Shrek: The Musical," March 13-15 at 7 p.m. and March 16 at noon and 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 at tjhs.ludus.com/index.php. 

STEEL VALLEY, 3113 Main St., Munhall - "All Shook Up - The Musical" high school version, March 13-15 at 7:30 p.m. and March 16 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10, $5 for kids at svdrama.seatyourself.biz or at the door.

​SOUTH ALLEGHENY, 2743 Washington Boulevard - "Grease," March 14-15 at 7 p.m. and March 16 at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $10, $5 for students.

NORWIN, 251 McMahon Drive, Door #6, Irwin - "High School Musical," March 20-22 at 7 p.m. and March 23 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15, $13 for students and seniors at showtix4u.com/event-details/78951.

EAST ALLEGHENY, 1150 Jacks Run Road, North Versailles - "Monty Python's Spamalot," April 2-4 at 7:30 p.m. and April 5 at 2 and 8 p.m. 

ELIZABETH FORWARD, at Elizabeth Forward Middle School, 401 Rock Run Road - "Hadestown - Teen Edition," April 3-5 at 7 p.m. and April 6 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at www.efmusical.ludus.com/index.php or www.efmusical.com.
